These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.flowerdxb.ae, including any mobile or subdomain versions (collectively, the "Website"), and all services offered through it. By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

1.1 All products displayed on the Flowerdxb website are available for delivery across most areas of the UAE, or as otherwise indicated at the time of ordering.

1.2 Certain flowers and plants may be dispatched in bud to maximise their freshness and extend their lifespan upon delivery.

1.3 Some flowers and plants may be harmful or toxic to animals. For example, lilies are known to be extremely dangerous to cats. If you require additional product information before placing an order, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of a supply issue, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equivalent quality and value without prior notice. Where reasonably possible, we will contact you to agree on a suitable alternative before dispatch.

1.5 If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order — including any agreed substitute — we will notify you as promptly as possible and arrange a full refund no later than 7 days from the intended delivery date.

1.6 Products will be delivered on the date you select at checkout, during standard business hours, unless an alternative delivery option has been selected.

1.7 We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.

1.8 Where food or edible products are included in your order, they may contain allergens. Please refer to the relevant product page for allergen information before ordering.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices displayed on the Flowerdxb website are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date an order is placed.

2.2 All prices include VAT for deliveries made within the UAE.

2.3 Product and delivery prices shown on our website may differ from those available through other sales channels, including any partner florists or telephone ordering services.

2.4 Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 During checkout, you will be required to provide complete and accurate personal details, including your own contact information, the recipient's full delivery address and telephone number, and your payment details.

3.2 We accept most major credit and debit cards. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the checkout process and may be updated from time to time.

3.3 By completing and submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email to the address you provide once we begin processing your order. A binding contract between us is only formed upon the issue of that confirmation email.

3.5 We are unable to accept orders from customers under the age of 16 years.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day, express (2-hour), and scheduled delivery services within the UAE depending on availability and order time.

4.1 To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that you provide the full and accurate delivery address of the recipient, including a contact telephone number. Please also include your own daytime contact details so we can reach you if any issues arise during delivery.

4.2 We make every reasonable effort to deliver on the requested date. However, please note that deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier service. In the rare event that delivery on the requested date is not possible, we will notify you in advance wherever possible and either arrange an alternative delivery or issue a full refund in accordance with clause 1.5.

4.3 Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and similar locations may only be accepted at reception and cannot always be taken directly to individual rooms. Please contact our customer support team before placing an order to such a location.

4.4 Once an order is delivered in good faith to the address provided, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or if someone at the location declines to return the item.

4.5 If the courier is unable to find an available recipient or a safe and secure location to leave the delivery, the order will be returned to us and re-delivery will be attempted in a later available slot.

4.6 Please review delivery cut-off times and applicable charges before placing your order.

4.7 Timed delivery services and specific delivery slots may be withdrawn without notice during busy or peak periods.

4.8 Delivery cut-off times may vary without notice during peak periods such as public holidays and seasonal occasions.

4.9 Flowerdxb shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil an order where that failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God (such as floods, earthquakes, or storms), war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, government action, labour disputes, strikes, or interruptions to electricity or telecommunications services.

5. Cancellations, Amendments & Returns

5.1 If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as early as possible and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To process your request, please provide the following: your order number, your full name and billing address, and the recipient's name.

5.2 Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns of floral or perishable items once an order has been dispatched. Similarly, customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once the customisation process has commenced. Non-perishable items remain eligible for return within 30 days — see clause 5.3.

5.3 We accept returns of eligible non-perishable items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns apply only to non-perishable items. Fresh flowers and perishable products are not eligible for physical return. For fresh flowers and perishable products, we are unable to offer a cash refund; instead, we will provide store credit or a replacement arrangement of equivalent value.

5.4 For eligible non-perishable returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned to our premises at:

Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

5.5 If you believe your payment card has been used fraudulently by an unauthorised party, you are entitled to request cancellation of that payment. We will reimburse any amounts not already recovered through your card provider.

6. Complaints & Refunds

6.2 Our customer care team is available 7 days a week, from 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM.

6.3 Given the perishable nature of our products, we ask that all complaints be raised within 1 working day of the delivery date or intended delivery date. This allows us to investigate promptly and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

6.4 Exchanges are fulfilled as replacement items or store credit depending on availability. Where a valid complaint is raised, we will work to resolve it by replacing the arrangement or, if preferred, issuing store credit of equivalent value. Please include your order number and a contact telephone number when getting in touch.

6.5 Where a cash refund is agreed and authorised, it will be returned to the original payment card used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, although the time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card provider. If you experience a delay, please contact your card provider directly.

7. Disclaimer &; Liability

7.1 We make every reasonable effort to ensure our website and services operate without error or interruption. However, we cannot guarantee this at all times and accept no liability for technical defects, outages, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7.3 Subject to clause 7.2, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not up to the total value of the order price paid for the products in that order.

7.4 Subject to clauses 7.2 and 7.3, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any other special or punitive damages, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to the quality, fitness for purpose, or description of products supplied.

7.5 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as described in clause 4.9.

7.6 Flowerdxb is under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract of sale.

8. Promotional Codes

8.1 Promotional or voucher codes issued by Flowerdxb may be applied to eligible purchases made on our website for delivery within the UAE.

8.2 Promotional codes must be entered in the designated field during the checkout process. We are unable to apply a code retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

8.3 Promotional codes are generally limited to one use per customer and must not be shared or transferred to others.

8.4 Some promotional codes are subject to a maximum number of total redemptions. If a code cannot be applied, it may have expired or reached its redemption limit. You will be informed of this during checkout.

8.5 Certain promotional codes may be restricted to specific products. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated when the promotion is issued.

8.6 Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in combination with other active promotions.

8.7 Where a code offers a percentage discount, that discount applies to the product price only and does not reduce delivery charges.

8.8 Promotional codes may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. You will be notified within the checkout process if a code cannot be accepted.

9. General

9.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect within 5 hours of publication. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you use our website.

9.2 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services at any time and for any reason.

9.3 These Terms incorporate all other notices, policies, and disclaimers published on our website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other published policy, these Terms shall take precedence. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.4 We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection legislation in the UAE. Personal data you provide will only be used to fulfil your order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flowerdxb in relation to your use of our website and services, superseding any prior representations or agreements.

9.6 Your purchase will be deemed to have taken place in the UAE. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Flowerdxb website — including text, images, graphics, design, and layout — is the property of RAWAE AL HADAEQ FLOWERS & PLANTS TRADING L.L.C. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or reposting any content from this website, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than personal non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

10.2 The Flowerdxb name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of our brand assets is not permitted.

11. My Account – Terms

11.1 The Flowerdxb "My Account" feature is provided as a complimentary service for your personal use, subject to these Terms. Information stored within your account is used solely to provide and improve the service.

11.2 To register for a My Account profile, you must be 18 years of age or older.

11.3 Upon registration, you will be required to create a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and must not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity and orders placed under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.

11.4 If we have reason to believe your account has been compromised or is being misused, we may require you to reset your password or may temporarily suspend your account.

11.5 You must ensure that all registration details you provide are accurate and up to date. You can update your personal details at any time through the "My Profile" section of your account.

11.6 The My Account service must not be used to share unlawful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content, to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with other users' access to our website.

11.7 Whilst we take all reasonable precautions to maintain the reliability of account features such as reminder emails, we cannot accept liability for non-delivery of such messages. Your use of the My Account service is at your own risk.

11.8 Access to your account may occasionally be restricted to allow for routine maintenance or updates.

11.9 When you provide personal details about another person (such as a recipient's name, address, or date of birth), you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share that information with us.
