Flowerdxb is operated by RAWAE AL HADAEQ FLOWERS & PLANTS TRADING L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This policy explains how we handle deliveries, including coverage areas, timings, charges, and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most areas across the United Arab Emirates. Coverage availability is shown during the checkout process based on the delivery address you provide.

If you require delivery to a remote or less frequently serviced area — such as Fujairah, Hatta, Khorfakkan, Dibba, or the Western Region — please be aware that additional delivery charges may apply. We will contact you to confirm any such charges as soon as possible after your order is received.

Delivery Speed Options (NEW)

We offer multiple delivery options in Dubai and Sharjah:

  • Express Delivery (2 Hours) – available in selected areas
  • Standard Fast Delivery (5 Hours)
  • Same-Day Delivery (orders placed before 5:00 PM GST)
  • Scheduled Delivery – choose your preferred date and time at checkout

Order Cut-off Time (NEW)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GST) are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery Dates & Times

Deliveries are made on the date you select at checkout, during standard business hours, unless you choose an alternative delivery service at the time of ordering.

Please review available delivery time slots and applicable cut-off times before completing your order.

Timed delivery slots are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice during busy or peak periods (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and public holidays).

Delivery cut-off times may also vary without prior notice during these periods.

Delivery prices may be higher during peak seasons and occasions. The price displayed at checkout will always reflect the current applicable rate.

Third-Party Courier

All deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier service. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on the selected date, we cannot guarantee delivery in exceptional circumstances outside our control. Where a delay or issue arises, we will contact you as early as possible and either arrange an alternative delivery date or issue a full refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Preparing Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please make sure you provide:

The full and accurate delivery address of the recipient, including building name, flat or villa number, street, and area.

A contact telephone number for the recipient.

Your own daytime contact number or email address, so we can reach you if any issues arise.

Incomplete or inaccurate address details may result in failed or delayed delivery for which we cannot be held responsible.

If Nobody Is Available to Receive the Delivery

If the courier arrives and is unable to find an available recipient, and there is no safe and secure location to leave the arrangement, the order will be returned to us. We will then attempt re-delivery in the next available delivery slot. In such cases, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative.

Delivery to Hospitals & Hotels

Please note that deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and similar facilities may only be accepted at the reception desk or concierge area. Our couriers are not always able to deliver directly to individual rooms or wards. If you are placing an order to one of these locations, we recommend contacting our customer support team before ordering to confirm any restrictions that may apply.

Wrong Address / Recipient No Longer at Address

Once an order has been delivered in good faith to the address you provided, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, is no longer at that address, or if someone at the location refuses or is unable to return the item. Please double-check all recipient details before submitting your order.

Flowers Delivered in Bud

To maximise the freshness and longevity of your arrangement, some flowers and plants may be delivered in bud. This is intentional and ensures that your flowers bloom beautifully after delivery. Our freshness guarantee of 7 days from the date of delivery applies to all flower orders.

Delivery Service Availability

Some delivery services and time slots are subject to availability and may not be offered to all areas or on all dates. Service availability is shown during checkout. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw specific delivery services without prior notice.

Liability for Delivery Delays

Flowerdxb and RAWAE AL HADAEQ FLOWERS & PLANTS TRADING L.L.C shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to: extreme weather events, natural disasters, acts of war or civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes or labour disputes, and interruptions to transport or telecommunications infrastructure.
